Since I haven’t been blogging a lot lately, I thought it would be nice to give you a little update on the products that I have been loving these days. My obsession with makeup has decreased a little bit and for some reason, I have found myself being more into hair-and-skincare. All-over pampering has been a much desired luxury. Maybe it’s a winter-thing?
1. Mavala Amethyst and Warm Grey
Mavala is a Swiss brand of nail polish that I only recently discovered. When Vivianna from Vivianna Does Makeup talked about the fall collection, the featured colors and the tiny bottles really appealed to me. Since they are only € 4,5, I got them. I am well impressed with these. They both are completely opaque in two layers and dry pretty fast. Again, I am so impressed. I don’t understand why Mavala isn’t more well-known.
2. Lush Breath Of Fresh Air toner
This is a fairly new addition to my collection. What I love about it is that it makes my skin feel über clean. It really purifies the pores. Also, I love the fact that it has a lot of aloe vera gel in it and doesn’t contain alcohol. The spray nozzle allows it to be used as a finishing spray. The only two things that I don’t like about it are that it contains perfume (why Lush, why??) and I do find it a little drying.
3. E.L.F Makeup Mist & Set
This finishing spray ain’t nothing fancy. It works properly, it’s cheap and the packaging looks fairly good. Nice job E.L.F!
4. Crazy Rumors Lip Balm
You might be able to tell by the amount that I have gathered, but I do love the Crazy Rumors lip balms. They come in a large variety of delicious flavors/scents and contain all you need to moisturize those lips.
5. Sugarpill Lumi
I find loose eye shadows a pain in the rear end. There, I said it! They just get lost in my collection and I end up having to remind myself to use them (no matter how drop dead gorgeous they are). I therefore invested in some alcohol and vegetable glycerin to press the ignored powders. This resulted in a new life for Lumi, now housed happily in my much used M cialis legal.A.C. palette.
6. Weleda Rosemary Hair Lotion
This lotion has a lot of purposes. You can mix it in with your conditioner, use it as a scalp treatment,… I like to use it to control frizz. It looks/ feels like water and strongly smells like rosemary. The scent lingers in your hair. The uniqueness of this product is what sold it to me.
7. Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum
Must buy full size! This serum makes your hair super shiny and smooth. It also speeds up the drying process and smells fruity-fresh. Yum…
All the products featured in this post are vegan and cruelty free.
