2016 was a strange year for me. So many good things happened, it was my first year having a job, I bought a house, went back to blogging and started my path towards minimalism and zero waste. While all this was going on, I was struggling with health problems. I’ve been beaten down by constant nausea lately and am not feeling my best right now. I really, really hope that it gets better in 2017. I am trying to keep my thoughts away from my physical discomfort by focussing on positive things. Like my new years resolutions for example.
In the previous post I wrote about the things I’ve done to create less waste. Switching out plastic water bottles for a reusable one is one of those things. I recently purchased a stainless steel bottle by the brand Klean Kanteen. I had never heard of this brand but the look of the bottle and the fact that there is no plastic in it sold me on it. Here is my review.
Since about half a year, I’ve become more aware of how much garbage I produce every week and have been feeling more and more motivated to decrease this amount. Today I wanted to start sharing my path towards creating less waste in the hope to inspire other people to follow.
