Hi there, readers! As you could already see in my post ‘Went to Berlin and bought a few things‘, I stumbled upon a few very cool looking makeup products in Berlin (aka vegan heaven). I was particularly interested in the brand P2. This is a budget brand with lots of vegan options. These options are all clearly labeled on the site from DM (= Drogerie Markt = the German drugstore that sells P2).
P2 currently has a limited edition that is called ‘Just Dream Like’. I liked the look of most of the products, but the blush from the collection was the one that stood out the most to me. Dare I say that we have a dupe for Too Faced Sweethearts on our hands? Let us compare the two shall we…
When I first went to London (about two years ago now), I purchased two Muji Drawers. Since then, I have been using them to store my everyday makeup items. Every month or so I take out all the products and replace most of them by other products in my collection in order to change things up and rotate all the makeup items that I own. Since I love seeing the contents of others peoples Muji drawers, I thought it might be interesting to show you mine, so here is a closer look.
Ever since I got into vegan and cruelty free cosmetics, I’ve been discovering so many awesome products that I would never have even known if I kept on buying non vegan products. I love that. In fact, there are so many cruelty free brands that make insanely beautiful cosmetics, that my wishlist has been growing exponentially. I present to you twenty makeup products that tickle my animal loving fancy.
If I were to describe the packaging of the Too Faced Sweethearts blushes in one word, than that word would be ‘girly’. The pink heart-shaped cardboard packaging speaks to the former teenager in me and, even though it is far from subtle, even the grown up in me appreciates it. The actual blush itself consists of three parts, a bright cool-toned pink, a warm peach and a more neutral peach. Looks like a real must-have for all blush lovers out there, but is it really?
A couple of months ago, I went to London for a few days. I did some shopping there and discovered some very cool places that offer loads of vegan beauty products. Since I couldn’t find much information on the internet on where to shop for vegan beauty products in London, I thought that it might be a good idea for me to share an overview of my favorite London-based shops and a few pictures…
Ever since I got my first Too Faced palettes back in 2012, I’ve been obsessed with them. The quality is amazing and the palettes have great color selection. A couple of months ago, I bought the Matte Eye palette which, as the name might suggest, comes with only mattes. The palette is very versatile as it offers both warm and cool colors. Another big plus to me is that this palette is vegan.
Yes, Black-Luck now has Instagram and I am loving it. It became my favorite social media site hands down. I therefore decided to do an Instamonth article, an overview of Black-Luck’s best Instagram pictures of January. So here we go.
